Braseth Construction was established in 1980 with the intention of creating a company that’s dedicated to building long-term relationships with clients, architects, and sub-contractors. Our family-owned business continues this tradition today while continuing to evolve to meet the demands of our clients, customers, employees, and the community.
Much of our work comes from return clients who were impressed by our performance and trusted us to repeat the experience again and again. This is driven by our culture of commitment, in which every team member strives to create outstanding results.

Milo Braseth – Milo joined Braseth Construction in 2005 and immediately stepped into a leadership position by providing corporate campus tenant improvements for some of Seattle’s largest corporate firms. He oversees the company direction and strategically positions team members to maximize quality and improve performance.
Milo’s nineteen years of project management experience include complex structural steel, hospitality, multi-family, historic preservation, seismic retrofit, corporate campus tenant improvements, and more.
Before that, he spent six years in the field, managing crews and developing a keen understanding of how to deliver value to our clients. This combination of management and in-field experience has honed his ability to guide our team through diversified projects in varying phases of construction.
Mark Braseth – Mark honed his construction knowledge while working in the field with his father. His hands-on experience has helped craft his expert project management skills. He excels in problem-solving, detailed scheduling, and working through complicated construction details to ensure a project comes together on time and on budget.
In addition to Mark’s role as Project Manager for Braseth Construction, he also manages the entitlement, marketing, and operations of the principles’ real estate development projects. This wealth of hands-on experience and knowledge translates into valuable insights for clients during their preconstruction services.
With extensive knowledge and experience in the complete development process from conception, entitlements, construction, and operations, Mark possesses keen insights into how materials and construction methods affect user outcomes and the bottom line for owners. Before Braseth Construction, Mark worked as a Land Use Planner and holds an advanced degree in City Planning and Real Estate Development.
Our Team – Braseth Construction employees get the job done. Each member of our team is highly valued, as their professionalism and dedication to their craft shows in our work. Our project managers, superintendents, and foremen each have decades of experience working on a wide range of project types. Many of them came from some of Seattle’s largest general contractors, and have extensive experience working on large ground-up corporate campuses and 400+ multi-family apartment buildings. We are a tight-knit team that knows how to work together to bring about the best results.
Braseth works closely with clients and design teams to provide assistance with value-engineering materials and construction methods while ensuring constructability. We can add value throughout every phase of the project.
In pre-construction, we work closely with the architects, engineers, and our subcontractors to ensure that design issues are solved, technical challenges are met, and goals realized.
During construction, we proactively look ahead, anticipating unforeseen challenges, tracking long lead time materials, and working to ensure the subcontractors are delivering each task on time and budget.
When it’s time for close out, we work closely with the owners and their management team to train them on their building systems to ensure a smooth handover of the project.

Braseth Construction adheres to a strict safety program. Our Construction Superintendents are OSHA 30 certified and work to ensure the staff, workers, and subcontractors are all abiding the set safety plans by performing routine and surprise inspection walks, safety meetings, and disciplinary action when needed.
