Experience and Expertise

Braseth Construction began in 1980, our decades of experience and in-depth knowledge of many types of construction allow us to successfully complete any project that we undertake. Our expertise includes corporate campus refreshes, ground-up warehouses, post-tension concrete, and mid-rise mixed-use.

We have worked with some of Seattle’s top corporations delivering class A campus refreshes, luxury apartments, hotels, streamlined warehouse space, complicated commercial building additions, and more. Through our decades of experience, there is little in the way of construction that we haven’t seen—no project is too complicated for our dedicated team of construction experts.

Construction Services Include

Preconstruction Services: We work hand in hand with your design team to provide intelligent insights on constructability as well as offer advice on best practices and materials. Our preconstruction services also include developing the construction management, safety and early site logistics plan. During this time, we provide cost studies and value engineering on proposed designs.
Multi-family/ Mixed-use: As builders and owners of multi-family real estate, we have extensive experience and a keen understanding of how to improve the ROI of these properties. From expert coordination, design advice, and value engineering to building in tight urban infill environments that require precision logistics, we strive to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. We work hard to ensure a seamless building hand-off.
Hospitality: We are experienced in building hotel additions from the ground up. We have also completed hotel amenity refreshes, including lobbies, pool areas, fitness rooms, and room conversions while in occupied hotel space.
Historical Renovation: Having previously renovated several buildings in Seattle’s Pioneer Square, we have a keen understanding of the techniques that are required in bringing historic buildings back to their former glory. We update older buildings to meet modern structural standards and uses and have completed many seismic retrofits.
