  • Complete demolition of an existing deli and sit-down eating area
  • All new custom finishes throughout including polished concrete floors, stained maple floors, hand built custom lighting, and custom casework
  • Both restaurants were constructed with no impact the employee entrance that divides the two spaces
  • Design build mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems
